How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be created and shipped, or ready for pick-up as each piece is handcrafted to order by the designers.
Customer care:
Your jewelry can last for years with the proper care. Avoid getting wet, or sleeping with your AnerTaila Designs jewelry to maintain its colour and shape for a longer time. 
Gold Plating vs. Gold Filled:
Gold-filled jewelry has 100x more gold alloy than gold plated and because that layer is so much thicker, it means gold-filled jewelry lasts longer and stands up to wear and tear better than gold plated. With the proper care and storage, gold plated jewelry can last for years.
Jewelry order cancellations or returns:
AnerTaila Designs does not accept cancellations or returns. We do not issue refunds. We cannot update discount codes to your order after your order has been placed. If you have any concerns about your order please contact info@anertailadesigns.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
Damages?
Please contact info@anertailadesigns.com if you find anything wrong with your order.
What if my jewelry does not fit?
Please email us immediately after you place your order if you would like to request for your necklace/bracelet/anklet to be a longer length. Our women's chains are 16 inches long and our men's chains are 20 inches long, however you can request an 18 or 20 inch chain for the women's or a 22 or 24 inch chain for the men's.
What if I put in the wrong address?
If you have provided a wrong address and your order has not shipped, we will try our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped, we are not responsible. Please email info@anertailadesigns.com for any questions or concerns.
What if my package is lost?
AnerTaila Designs is not responsible for any packages that have been lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping services. If your package is marked delivered, lost, delayed, or unscanned, refunds of any kind will not be issued.
Damage upon arrival:
Please email info@anertailadesigns.com with pictures within 2 days of delivery if you notice anything wrong with your order and we will replace any broken parts that may have been defective or damaged during delivery. After 48 hours we are no longer liable for any breakage caused by the customer.
