All sales are final for our jewelry. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.

However, refunds or replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

• The product was damaged upon delivery.
• Immediate proof of damage is provided.

• This policy applies to any product shipped, picked up, or delivered.
